Recovering

The issue has been identified tidied as a Major Service Putage with one of our providers. All connections have stabilised and we are continuing to monitor for issues.

Investigating

We are currently seeing a repeat of this afternoon's issue regarding broadband connections dropping for a small subset of customers.

We are investigating with our supplier and will provide an additional update as soon as possible.
