We've now resolved the incident. We confirmed there have been no other issues with the outbound calls. Thanks for your patience.
A fixed was implemented shortly after original post and we are seeing no further issues however we are currently continuing to monitor the platform.
We have been made aware of issues with outbound calls on our platform. This is currently being investigated by our suppliers at the highest level and classed as a Major Service Outage.
We are awaiting a further update and we will provide as soon as we have more information.
